This page explains what Eventory Invite stores when you make an invitation, when your guests reply, and when you buy a pack.
What we store
- Your invitation: the names, date, time, venue, messages and any photos you add, so the invitation link can show them to your guests.
- Guest replies (RSVP): the name, attendance, party size and message a guest sends, shown only on your private host page.
- Technical data: IP addresses, used to stop spam and limit how many invitations can be created.
- Orders: if you buy a pack, WooCommerce keeps the order and your billing email. Card and PayPal payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal; we never see your full card number.
How long we keep it
Each invitation stays online for the period of its plan. After that the link stops working. You can delete an invitation and its replies at any time from your host page.
Cookies
We use the cookies WordPress and WooCommerce need for the cart, checkout and your account. Invitation links do not need an account or cookies for guests.
